About Me

Hi! I’m Elayna.

My clients rely on me for my high-level creative thinking and unconventional guidance to help them access the corners of their mind and depths of their heart to better execute their undeniable impact.

Here are 3 things to know about me:

One. I’m an artist.

I bring an artist’s curiosity into everything I do. It’s how I ask questions. It’s how I listen. It’s how I make sense of the world. Art is a process of taking what is not yet seen and making it seen. Said another way, it’s your intimate and visual relationship with the unknown. I’ve discovered the more I bring this way of being into my business, the more grounded, creative and fulfilled I become. Business is not merely controlling and executing on strategy as we’re led to believe. Business is both art and strategy.

Two. I’m an explorer.

For the majority of my adult life, I’ve lived outside the U.S., moving from India to Japan to Germany. I’m in constant translation whether that be language, culture, experience or something else. In my early 20s, my translation was about trying to fit in – I learned Japanese, the cultural mannerisms and made a huge effort to assimilate. When I moved back to Japan in my early 30s, my translation was all about translating my heart. I already knew the language and understood the culture, but what did it mean to be entirely myself in a culture so different from my own? This is where the seed for my body of work was first planted.

Three. I’m a connector.

As a connector of people and a connector of ideas, I’m naturally a connector of ideas to their people, and people to their ideas. Said in another way, my background is in both teaching and marketing, both are rooted in the same place – they both are about connection. To think anything else is to be lost in subject matter, strategy and tactics. Through nearly a decade of helping people understand what they do and who they do it for I discovered that those questions lead us down a path far beyond marketing and into the depths of the future that we each hold within us.

I weave these 3 things together curating unconventional experiences to help top performers leaders make the unsayable, sayable to synthesize their insight catalyze change so powerfully it’s undeniable why they’re here.
